Academic lab license

Scan&Solve™ for Rhino academic lab licenses are ideal for academic institutions who wish to use Scan&Solve™ in a classroom setting with up to 30 simultaneous users. A lab license can be installed on any number of machines; the restrictions is that only 30 computers per license can be using the software simultaneously.

Lab licenses require a license server, and the machines using the floating licenses must be able to see that server. The license server can be on the Internet or on your local network, and it can be running Linux (64-bit) or Windows. The license server may not be a virtual machine.

The academic lab version of Scan&Solve™ for Rhino provides all the functionality of the commercial version for use in a classroom setting. Refer to the documentation (WIP) for more details. However screen images and reports will clearly indicate that the academic version is not suitable for commercial use.
