We are looking for a highly-skilled Web Developer with passion for creating novel user experiences for people who make things. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of translating web designer and user experience intent into cross-browser compatible javascript code.

Specific Qualifications
- Experience with Javascript, WebGL, node.js, HTML5, jQuery
- Experience building applications with bi-directional client-server interaction
- Highly-skilled in engineering front-ends using Javascript
- BS, MS, or PhD in CS, engineering, or closely related experience
- Experience using Git or other source control
- Experience using computer-aided-design tools (Rhino3D, Solidworks, etc.) a plus
Responsibilities
- Participate in definition of software architectures
- Participate in development and documentation of specifications
- Participate in design of UI/UX
- Translate UI/UX designs and style guides into functional user interfaces ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance
- Assist in implementation matching developed specifications
- Implement and test to specification
